4 Site Security Team of the Year 2025

We are very proud to announce our winning 4 Site Security Team of the Year for 2025.

This year, the honour goes to our team at the Maersk East Midlands Gateway (EMG) site in Derby. Our Team of the Year 2025 was chosen by our Senior Leadership Team members who independently gave a score to each nominated team, across several categories based on their work, team spirit, and commitment to the 4 Site Security vision and values.

The high scores received by the Maersk team reflect their high standards of professionalism and their dedication to walking The 4 Site Way to deliver the very best service for their colleagues and our client.

What an enjoyable and memorable day we had recently visiting the EMG team to present their award and to celebrate their fantastic achievement.

We headed out to see our team at the expansive logistics and freeport zone in Derby.

It was a pleasure to see the whole team, even some who were on their day off, we let the team know how impressed we have been with them as they ensure that this busy hub, which seamlessly connects sea, road, and rail, consistently runs as smoothly as possible.

We enjoyed some time out to discuss how they have all contributed to Support, Integrity, Trust, and Excellence, with individual presentations of medals as well as the Team of the Year trophy.
